As if this season could get any more ridiculous, it seems as if we'll be without Jack for Regionals. He got back from the doctor's this afternoon and has a "severely sprained ankle with possible ligament damage." How? Getting out of bed. What kind of bullshit is that? Who fucking hurts themselves getting out of bed?? Shuffles said that it was the freakiest thing he ever saw, just one step and bam! on the ground. I saw him on the way to his Italian class today and he was on crutches. Wow. But you know, I still have confidence in this team. We've still got a lot of height, and it just means that everyone, young and not so young, is going to have to pick it up. Damn though. What an end to the season for our only senior... I can't imagine being him and watching from the sideline as we finish out the season...
