Riots... Swiss style

I've never seen a more appropriate use of quotation marks before: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7050498.stm .

The article says that "riots" marred the election campaign, but look at the picture. I could cause that much damage after barely a half-bottle of vodka. A couple of potted plants?! I guess when you live in a country that might as well mint their coins with giant vaginae on them, a few upended rhododendrons get your point across.
